Eckart GmbH sets the course for the future:

Effective September 1, 2026, Karsten Sauer has assumed the role of CEO of Eckart GmbH.

 
Markus Eckart, who had served as sole CEO since the company’s acquisition by the GESCO Group last year,
is stepping back from day-to-day operations as planned and will continue to support the transition in an advisory capacity.

 

We would like to thank Markus Eckart for nearly 20 years of dedication to shaping and advancing Eckart GmbH. Under his leadership, the company has developed continuously and strengthened its position for the future.

 

With Karsten Sauer, an experienced industrial executive is taking over responsibility at Eckart. His leadership approach is characterized by teamwork, transparency and mutual respect, with a clear focus on customer orientation, operational excellence and sustainable transformation.
